General Conditions of Use

1. Purpose

The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the conditions of use of the site Invocateur.fr, a fan site dedicated to League of Legends offering quizzes, personality tests, tier lists and player statistics.

2. Access to the site

Access to the site is free. Some advanced features require the creation of an account or a Premium subscription. User must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. User account

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his identifiers. Any access with his identifiers is deemed to be made by him. He must immediately notify any unauthorized access to the address contact@invocateur.fr.

4. Premium Membership

The Premium subscription gives access to exclusive features. Payment is secure via Stripe. Prices are indicated inclusive of tax in euros. The subscription is without obligation and can be canceled at any time from your profile area.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content accessible immediately after purchase.

5. User behavior

It is prohibited to publish illegal, hateful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties. The publisher reserves the right to delete any inappropriate content and to ban offending accounts.

6. Intellectual property

Invocateur.fr is an unofficial fan site. League of Legends and all related materials are owned by Riot Games, Inc. This site is not affiliated with Riot Games.

7. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
