The Arena goes to Combat 2.0
- 🚀 Improvement — We have completely redesigned the Arena with “Talhya”. Gone is the simple race at the level where the highest wins all the time. Make way for a real combat system inspired by League, where your build and your choices decide the winner.
- 5 stats to master
- Your champion is now built around five statistics:
- 🗡️ Attack: your physical damage
- 🔮 Magic: your magic damage
- 🛡️ Armor: absorbs physical damage
- ✨ Magic resistance: absorbs magic
- ❤️ Life points: your survival
- Each hit you deal inflicts physical AND magical damage, reduced by your target's resistances. An opponent wearing armor will melt when faced with a mage. A champion with magical resistance will be cut by a well-sharpened blade. It's up to you to read the opponent and hit where it hurts.
- The Forge takes on its full meaning
- Items unlock effects that no stat point can give:
- 💥 Critical: Your shots can hit at 175 percent of their power
- ⚡ Attack Speed: a chance to land a second hit in the round
- 🩸 Lifesteal: you heal yourself by hitting
- 🔩 Penetration: you ignore part of the opponent's armor and resistance
- A tank blocking you? Rise of penetration. Are you melting too quickly? Adds lifesteal. Each object becomes an answer to a problem.
- Opponents with character
- Arena champions are no longer models. Assassins while attacking, mages who vaporize you from a distance, indestructible tanks. Everyone has their own profile, everyone requires a different approach. What crushed your last fight may be a wall in the next one.
- What does it change for you?
- When the update launches, all your stat points are returned to you. You start from a clean base and you distribute everything as you feel, according to the champion you want to become. Your already forged items are preserved.
- The Arena is no longer a question of who grinded the longest. It's a question of who plays better.
- Join the Arena and prove that your build is the best in Runeterra.
- All these modifications were made in order to harm an alleged “sucker”...
